The Feasibility Study Report will explore the practicality of an individual specific drone application. It will provide information to help the client to decide whether to proceed with their project and whether to engage Mirragin Unmanned Systems for ongoing services. The presented system design (“Design”) is a response to your project requirements and objectives and considers your existing system, your budget, proposed schedule as well as possible regulatory issues.


The feasibility study across a period of 1 – 2 weeks and includes the following:

  • Review of your initial project scope
  • Indicative use case scenario(s)
  • Initial project needs and requirements
  • Identified constraints and assumptions
  • A detailed dive into each viable application to understand the use case and user requirements
  • An initial risk assessment with proposed mitigations
  • Description of your existing capability
  • Outline of a proposed solution(s)
  • Outline of a proposed support system(s)
  • Preliminary advice of relevant regulatory approvals required
  • Broad opinion of cost and schedule for the Project
  • Outline of the cost and lead times for the Design, and
  • Outline of the roles and other team members required for implementation


The primary output of the Strategic Flightpath Workshop, is the Strategic Flightpath Report , which includes the following:

  • An outline of the strategic objectives for the organisation
  • A description of the existing business including opportunities, threats, issues and other additional risks
  • The results of the ideation session and the initial assessment
  • Recommendations for next steps and the way forward
